But LIB_KUTILS is far from the only one. Other candidates are LIB_KIO, 
LIB_KSPELL, LIB_KIMPROXY, LIB_KUNITTEST, LIB_KPARTS, LIB_KSYCOCA.

It is desirable to rename all these? If we fix one, it would probably be fixed 
all similar. What do you think?
