have to determine the exact tquic command that CMake is running, then run
it manually and see if tquic gives any more detail on the command line.
For the most part, when I have had this happen, it is because there is a
binary incompatible uic plugin library somewhere on the system (e.g. in
/opt/trinity/lib/trinity/plugins/designer/)
