trick for adding new 'specification' to the wiki?

  How do I create a 'specification' in:

http://trinity.pearsoncomputing.net/wiki/bin/view/Specifications/DevelopmentSpecifications

  So it shows up with the query:

*This is a list of all specifications that have been added to the Wiki.*

%SEARCH{ "parent.name='%TOPIC%'" type="query" nonoise="on" format="[[$topic]]"
separator="<BR>" }%

  I don't know quite what is meant by the term. Is it just a new page that lists
something as a parent? I wanted to add:

http://trinity.pearsoncomputing.net/wiki/bin/view/Developers/ProposedSystemMenuLayout

and

DefaultConfigUpdateRequests

  I have a few notes I have taken on default setting that need updating. Eg.:

kcontol -> KDE Components -> File Manger -> Preview & Meta-Data -> Maximum File
Size: 1.0 MB -> 6.0 MB;

kate syntax

etc..

  What's the trick for adding specifications. Looking at
http://trinity.pearsoncomputing.net/wiki/bin/view/Specifications/DevelopmentSpecifications?template=more&maxrev=1&currrev=1
I'm still not sure which one to press. (It's probably simple, but before I mess
something up, I thought I would ask :)
