Hi Slavek,
sorry for the late reply, I haven't got much free time for TDE in the last days (hopefully should get some more during the week).
I have tested the fix. First I verified the wrong behavior without the patch (the computer was not suspending at all) and after the correct behavior with the patch (the computer is suspending to disk even if the screen saver is active).
