Tim, All

I have added the page to capture default configuration update requests:

http://trinity.pearsoncomputing.net/wiki/bin/view/Specifications/DevelopmentSpecificationsTalk

But it needs to be moved to a more appropriate name (it got the default
'DevelopmentSpecificationsTalk') I need to move it to somethin like:

'DefaultConfigUpdateRequests'

but I'm not sure how to do this in foswiki. Also, take a look at the layout and
let me know if it can be done in a cleaner way. Thanks.
