It would probably look something like this:

usb 1-4: new high-speed USB device number 20 using ehci_hcd
usb 1-4: USB disconnect, device number 20
usb 4-1: new full-speed USB device number 2 using ohci_hcd
usb 4-1: device descriptor read/64, error -62
usb 4-1: device descriptor read/64, error -62
hub 4-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1
usb 1-4: new high-speed USB device number 22 using ehci_hcd
usb 1-4: USB disconnect, device number 22

(Obviously, this is not specifically from a mouse.)
