I'm now thinking we could add a link in the "Welcome to TDE" help handbook. We auto-start the handbook just once with the handbook opening directly to the Release Notes. The next time a user opens the main handbook, the "Welcome to TDE" handbook contains a link to the Release Notes. The one-time autostart would function much like this command: khelpcenter help:/khelpcenter/index.html?anchor=welcome To see the effect, copy and paste that command into the Run dialog (Alt-F2).
