I simply answered the setup questions, then started kaddressbook and magic -> all the egroupware addresses appeared in kaddressbook: http://www.3111skyline.com/dl/dt/trinity/ss/tde-groupware-wizard-kaddressbook.jpg The only shortcoming I can see is that the photographs for the contact that exist in eGroupWare are not used in kaddressbook.
