Desktop publishing is a thing in and of itself, you can't fake true dtp with a word processor. Looking at what is available, it looks like we will have to use: scribus-1.3.3.14 http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/scribus/scribus/1.3.3.14/scribus-1.3.3.14.tar.bz2 It appears to be the last in the line of Qt3 releases and was the 16th release of Scribus 1.3.x. It should be fairly stable. The current version 1.4.3 is a Qt4 based packaged - "don't throw me in that briarpatch..." It would take conversion, but it would be a quality addition to TDE. -- David C.
