Since we are on the subject, one of my ideas was that after we declare R14 feature freeze (this friday), we go through the list of assigned bugs and reset to NEW those were nothing has been done for a few months (say 4 or more months) and no patches are available. If later the same person (or another person) has time for that bug, he can reassign the bug to himself.
Any objections?
