In Konqueror, I rightclick a .png file and select open with Gwenview. No problems.
Does this happens on any .png file or only on specific ones? For example in bug 1053 we saw that gwenview crashes when opening a specific (probably badly formatted) svg file.
If it crashes on a specific .png, could you send it to me so I can try as well?
