Sorry for not responding to this before--I've been having hellish migraines.

The Help Center uses the same style files as everything else (konq.css,
kde-default.css), but the title alignment and colour are being embedded
during the docbook creation process.

The fragment currently governing the style is this:

<div style="position: absolute;top: 25px;right: 100px;text-align: right;font-size: xx-large;font-weight: bold;text-shadow: #fff 0px 0px 5px;color: #444">

It seems to be coming from [tde]/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/kde-navig.xsl
starting at line 49 (and you would not believe the amount of grepping I had to do to
find that). So "right: 100px" becomes "left: [some distance]" and "color: #444"
becomes "color: [whatever]".

kde-navig.xsl seems to be the source of most, if not all, of the hard-coded styles
being injected into these documents. I'd like to perform an exorcism on it and
move them all to a stylesheet, but I'm going to have to look up the commands
to regenerate the documentation first. (I did know this stuff at one point . . .)
