I added to bug 2094 a modified version of the SVG lineart background with a TDE logo on it. The TDE logo has been copied from the moon svg background.
It quite does the job, but I would need an SVG expert to look at adapting it for other screen ratios. I know Gimp pretty well, but I don't know much about Inkscape and SVG files.
