Not sure, I am not a MediaWiki expert, just found the extension using 
Google :-)
Given what you said above, don't bother with it. I will mark any TODO as 
I have done so far, then a simple search for TODO will find any of the 
task still open.

If anyone else knows a better extensions for TODO, please let us know.
