Currently I am not working on this (very busy period at work and have little time for TDE, just back after a month of no TDE work at all). But I had a look at the icon theme and it looks good. So I am also interested in adding it. It will be a two step proces s: 1) add the new theme to TDE 2) add the new page to KPersonalizer and perhaps 3) rename KPersonalizer to TDEPersonalizer. Being a new addition, the new theme will only be available on the R14.1.x branch, not on the R14.0.x.
