I've just looked, and yes the copy of my post has appeared in 
the "devel" archive.  But I've only received three posts including 
this one, mine and Keith's, all with a "To" from the "devel" list.  
Since I sent the same mail to both lists I would have expected to see 
one from the "users" list as well, but have not.
