I don't know Debian Edu but on reading up about it, the session names
come from /usr/share/xsession/*.desktop.  ksmserver-trinity installs
trinity.desktop in that directory so I think perhaps desktop=trinity.

To get Trinity r14 installed in the first place it might be necessary to
add tde-trinity to the Debian Edu pre-seed file.  Pre-seeding is something
else I've not played with but the Wheezy instructions hopefully still
