The questions I have are: (1) Will desktop menus still integrate (gnome/kde/etc) if say gnome's menu spec is in /etc/xdg/menus and trinity's is in /opt/trinity/etc/xdg/menus? (2) If Trinity can find its menus in /opt/trinity/etc/xdg/menus, then is there any harm leaving it there to keep changes in gnome from mucking up the trinity menu? What say the experts? -- David C.
