I have no idea what can be different with "libr" on your side, that you did not notice nor the recently discussed problem with overwriting a symlink to the real file, and so now with this warning. Unfortunately, I can not push the patch now, because due to recently published bug in GIT, GIT on the primary server is unavailable, pending the availability of updated packages.
