Hi Nik,
this is a known issue that is already resolved in the current versions
(master and also r14.0.x) - see the "beloved" constant API changes in the
poppler library. This time API change in poppler 0.86 - see patch

However, the FreeBSD ports are not yet updated, because right now is
underway building packages for final R14.0.8. Please wait a while before
the FreeBSD ports will be updated.
