I solved this kind of error by overriding > LD_LIBRARY_PATH (yeak): > > export > LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/kde3/lib${LIBDIRSUFFIX}:/opt/kde3/lib${LIBDIRSUFFIX}/kde3 > > but I don't need any LD_LIBRARY_PATH to run Trinity. That helped a little albeit indirectly. :) I found a LD_LIBRARY_PATH="$QTDIR/lib" command in my kdelibs build script. Must have been something from the early stages of porting to cmake. > Did you use the CMAKE_SKIP_RPATH option ? The Arch Wiki > page on Trinity says > this option can not be used with kdelibs. I don't use it. I did and deleting the option probably helped too. kdelibs now builds and installs. Darrell
