That helped a little albeit indirectly. :) I found a LD_LIBRARY_PATH="$QTDIR/lib" command in my kdelibs build script. Must have been something from the early stages of porting to cmake.

I did and deleting the option probably helped too.

kdelibs now builds and installs.
