I do think we need to make the top-posting bit and the reminder in the message footers more obvious, people seem to keep ignoring it, and it is very annoying. I'd hope that a basic set of etiquette would be obvious to people, but that isn't always so. That's further complicated by the fact that we have different cultures here that have different ideas about what basic etiquette is.
