I realize people need to review anonymous postings, possibly several times a day. Several people need to be on the team to share the load and I don't know that we have that capacity. I still like the idea but I vote to delay the idea until after R14 and then reopen for discussion. For dealing with spam: there are antispam methods. My choice is Akismet. It really worked for me. Besides it would be only a a news commenting that is allowed to be done by anons. Everything else (like new user registering) would be done by admin, and I think only people involved with trinity should have access. And even if you had problems with forum, it doesn't mean we will have them with website. Website is actually really easier to maintain than forum.
