Quite possible.  tdebindings is the worst package out of the whole TDE
set, the build system is antiquated and broken, and there is a lot of
programming by original KDE gurus in languages that I am frankly not
familiar with. ;-)

That said, I wonder what would happen if you set your CXXFLAGS/CFLAGS to
include -I/usr/include/tqt

I am doing a rebuild test myself now, so we'll see what happens...
