Well, you can look at the headers of the message once it makes it to the
list.  For the FTBFS message (which I am ignoring as requested ;-)) my
server did not receive the message until after 4:00 CDT, while it was sent
at around 2:00 CDT.  I wonder if something upstream from me is delaying
list traffic, or if the big Email providers just delay sending mail for
that long?
