As a workaround, I have done the following:

   cp /usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4 ./admin
   cp /usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4 ./admin/libtool.m4.in
   cp /usr/share/libtool/config/ltmain.sh ./admin

That solves the issue with tdeutils
