if you use kwin 4.3 you cannot integrate it with TDE as all the features to
make KWin work with other desktop shells have been added recently. You get
hard coded Plasma dependencies and there is no way to change that.

KWin 4.9 currently requires Qt 4.7 and kdelibs 4.9 (which is the same as 4.7).
