Looks like the problem is from GIT hash 8d5d0b53. The tqt.pc file no longer contains the required information and there is not tqtqui.pc file.

I think this is the cause:

 configure_file( tqt.pc.cmake tqt.pc @ONLY )
+configure_file( tqtqui.pc.cmake tqt.pc @ONLY )
