Not too many --- excluding the help handbook files. The help files are filled with such links. As I edit and update those files, sometimes I change the link to a trinity location, sometimes I delete the sentence/paragraph, and sometimes I leave the link as is. That is partly what makes a global search-and-replace almost impossible for these tasks: most of this has to be viewed and read in context. Same with much of the branding updates I have performed --- many I had to open each file individually and manually edit.
