The closest I can approach that is to use the migratekde3 script to convert a KDE3 profile. Regardless, the latest patch does fix a few things more, although they won't fix the menu or print screen problems.

OK, I'm on the rebuild and I do have the _complete_ 3.5.12 profile :)
