About what development one can be speaking if there is no KDE3 repository
so far which inludes all useful stuff which was developed for KDE3? Even when
KDE3 was officially "alive", no distro had all that software. Some distros
had A,B, some B,C, and the third ones has A,C. OpenSUSE never included as much 
KDE3 software as KDE3 repo includes now,  after the death of KDE3 was 
officially proclaimed. And the total amount of software ever made for KDE3 is 
so huge that this repository can be expanded for years without any new 
software developed.
