As you can see they added about 15 patches to 3.5.12, if to only count kdebase 
package:
http://packages.altlinux.org/en/Sisyphus/srpms/kdebase/spec

and also about 10 to kdelibs:
http://packages.altlinux.org/en/Sisyphus/srpms/kdelibs/spec

I suggest to analyze them and port if necessary.
