Supply of patches is stopped, the last compilation is already finished, so PPA 
seems to be ready for publishing.

I assumed that 3.5.13.1 will replace the existing packages in existing 3.5.13 
PPA. In order to users do not need to setup a new apt source and just pulled 
them updates. You'll make new separate PPA for 3.5.13.1?
