Please, can I create an annotated tag v3.5.13.1 with the comment: "Official 
Trinity Desktop Environment v3.5.13.1 release"?

Do you have an estimate of when they will be available to users both source 
and binary packages? Prepare someone "Release notes" for 3.5.13.1? Or will 
the modified release notes for 3.5.13?
