It is still a need to set the root password on Ubuntu?

Tim,

set the root password on Ubuntu was necessary only for replacement for sudo 
using sudo-trinity? With 3.5.13.1 this is not necessary. Sudo-trinity is 
updated, so it serve as a complement to sudo from the system.

It appears that it is possible to remove the information about the known 
problem with libart - is also updated. I also propose to remove the 
instruction to add my PPA.
