Hi Serghei,

I reviewed the glib main loop integration patch and committed it to Qt3
some time ago, however large scale deployment and testing has revealed
serious problems.  For now, I have simply disabled main loop integration
via a configure switch in the TDE builds, however I would like to see the
problems fixed so that we can achieve tighter integration with glib/GTK.

I have created a bug report at
http://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1358 which tracks the
issues introduced when glib main loop support is enabled.  Would you be
willing to take a look at it and see if you might be able to fix those
problems?
