I checked the packages that do not have the source code in tde, but in
tde-packaging. I found only one minor differences and I'm smoothing it. So
now also defaultsettings packages and metapackages may have "orig.tar.xz"
common to all versions of the distributions.

Following this, I reworked in my script preparation for defaultsettings
packages and metapackages. If you are interested, I can send my scripts
(outside list).

I also smoothing few other differences that could be addressed identically for
all versions of the distribution. Thanks to this the packaging files are now
again same across versions of the distribution.
