Yes, but it should not behave differently as far as file selection is concerned
between KDE3 and TDE. None of those bugs and 'Enhancements' are implicated in my
comparison with TDE 3.5.13-sru-1 from 7/2012 build.

For me, in konqueror [ctrl]+click asks just like 'click'. If I select a file
with 'click' and then [ctrl]+click another file, the first selection is LOST.

Try selecting kcontrol->Mouse->'Single-click opens files and folder'
