God that is frustrating, and I think Michele is correct, the base definitions will be in the xkb definitions outside tde. Now the way tde handles them may be tweaked. It has been years since I chased that rabbit down, but if you don't find an option to change it in tde, then it is a pass-through from xkb and you will have to see what tde does to catch the other keys and probably add a specific catch for the rt-win. -- David C.
