Updated the etherpad to Feb. 28 for the first soft freeze.

By the way, with respect to our eagerness to release R14.0.0, we are not even close to any records for time between releases. I believe the Enlighentment people hold some kind of record. Closer to home, the Xfce folks have gone two years without a release.

So let's just get R14 done right. :)
