What do you mean all the time? Do you have a KDE3 environment or have you already converted the plugin to tqt3?

tdeaddons/kate would be an appropriate location but I need a patch attached to 881 so I can test before pushing.

Earlier today the group set Feb. 28 as the date for a soft freeze. No new features after that date, only bug fixes. Any patch attached to 881 after that date will still be usable by those who build their own packages but won't get pushed to git until after R14.0.0 is released, which would then become part of R14.0.1.
