Hi Juan, and welcome
you also need to clone the packaging information from the packaging repo:
git clone http://scm.trinitydesktop.org/scm/git/tde-packaging
You also need the dependency packages available at 
http://mirror.xcer.cz/trinity-sb/dists/
You can choose to use the binaries or build them by yourself (personally I build everything from scratch).

After that on Ubuntu is "relatively" easy if you know how to build packages in Ubuntu.
Here you can also find some additional useful information, especially the order of build.

After we release v14.0.0 (later this year) we are planning to distribute some more complete building scripts, so that more developers can get involved (hopefully :-) )
