I am trying to install Trinity 3.5.13 on top of Debian Wheezy. Everything works fine until I run apt-get update. Then I get this error message: ----------------- Err http://ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net wheezy Release.gpg Could not resolve 'ppa.quickbuild-pearsoncomputing.net' ----------------- At the end of the update process I get this error message: ----------------- W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.quickbuild-pearsoncomputing.net/trinity/trinity-builddeps-v3.5.13/debian/dist/wheezy/Release.gpg Could not resolve 'ppa.quickbuild-pearsoncomputing.net' W: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead. ----------------- Is this something I am doing wrong or is there a problem with the file in the ppa? Is this error a show stopper or can I go ahead and install Trinity? Since this was the only file that did not download, and since I assume it is the gpg "key" used to authenticate the security of the packages and site, is the only problem with installing having to press y to tell the installer to continue after the warning about no gpg key? If this has to be done for every package that could be a pain. <grin> Keith
