It's openbsd 5.5 (the latest one) for amd64.

Installing and using it reminds me of what a Linux distribution looked 
like 10 years ago ...

The TQT3 build process I use is actually simply "./configure ... && 
make", based on the ubuntu "rules" packaging file.
ATM I use the following configure parameters:
(notice the programs go under "/usr/local" not "/usr" under BSD)
