I have to think most here would give up faster, absent guarantee familiarity
and reliability wouldn't get lost. KDE is fabulous proof how different plans
and goals can differ from reality. Last thing I want from TDE is emulation of
KDE4's or KDE5's loss of previous functionality, or Breeze's low-visibility,
low-usability minimalism.
