tderandr definitely has some quirks. I usually work with one display, but occasionally I add a second one and I have
also seen funny things sometimes.
Best suggestion to avoid "losing" your detailed report, is to file one (or possibly more, divided based on the
different points) bug reports/enhancement reports on TDE's bugszilla (http://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net).
The TDE development team is extremely small, so do not be surprised if some bugs will be addressed several months
later :-(

Whatever contribution you can give, is more than welcomed. As said we are few, so the more the better.
Whenever you need some guide/hints to do something, just write to the list or contact us on the IRC channel,
we will help the best we can.
Bug hunting and documentation is a good area you can contribute to. We used to have another user in the past doing
exactly that, but somehow he lost interest in TDE and (presumably) moved to another DE. Everything else you can do is
a plus.
We all contribute to TDE in our spare time, so there is no obligation to deliver or fixed timeline. When you can you
do, when you can not you dont :-)

Side note:
TDE community is small and development is slow since there are only few active part-time developers. But it keeps
moving forward and as you noticed it is much improved over KDE 3.5. Any new person willing to actively contribute is
very welcome and as you will find out, there is plenty of space to move around and play with. We are a small but nice
group :-)
