Some variants would sound good for me:

Sat, 6:00pm CST == Sun, 8:00am for Michele, Sun, 2:00am for me (at that 
time, I still work normally). Could this be done this weekend? This could 
be equally possible next weekend.

Sat, 8:00am or 9:00 CST == Sat, 10:00pm / 11:00pm for Michele, Sat, 
4:00pm / 5:00pm for me. This, considering Michele, would have to be the 
next weekend.

How are these times for you?
