Do you mean KDE3 is not supported in as well, not only in
Libre Office?

I want to empathize: they removed not only KDE dialogs support, but the
support for Qt3 appearance.

I think it is impossible: KDE3 support was removed intentionally although 
worked well. They just will say "we removed it to free space".
