That bug is NEEDINFO but I can't tell what info is needed or from whom, or how to
workaround when the prior libICE6 rpm is not available for reinstallation. I
started this thread for host k8mmv, which I somehow that I do not remember got to
work, but now it's happening on host gx620. I had kept the 2nd previous libICE6
package version 1.0.9-4.7, which I've now installed as workaround, and have no
idea what might be broken due to restoring the old package.

https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1142530 has it fixed for KDE3. :(
