The Wiki says /usr is mandatory for tqtinterface. I could make the
autotools packages build with really ugly hacks on a /opt/kde3-prefixed
tqtinterface but this probably can be done more cleanly by editing the
auto* files and rebuilding configure and the Makefiles.
